Congratulations to the MOSA JV Team for successfully delivering the third and final bench of a complex retaining wall at Newmont Corporation’s operations on Lihir Island, Papua New Guinea!

This unique and highly technical project executed in partnership with Spiecapag’s sister company Menard Oceania has enabled safe access to existing mining batters.

Over the course of 46 months, the team installed an impressive 1,315 ground anchors and 4,425 metres of waler beam. Even more remarkable: the project had no time lost to injury with approximately 2.3 million hours worked, a testament to the team’s unwavering commitment to Safety and Excellence!
