From Ideas to Action: VINCI Oceania's 2025 Safety Best Practices

In October, Spiecapag were honoured to host the regional VINCI Health & Safety Pivot Club, bringing together leaders from HEB Construction, Menard Oceania, Brady Marine & Civil, Freyssinet, Sixense Oceania, Rob Carr, and Geoquest Australia. This gathering was a powerful exchange of ideas and innovations, including those small but mighty 1% improvements that elevate how we work safely every day.

From this collaboration, this week we proudly launched the 2025 Best Practice Guide, a collection of ideas developed for internal use across VINCI Construction Oceania entities. It reflects our shared drive for continual improvement, where innovation meets action and local ingenuity shapes global progress.

This initiative is a true reflection of the Entrepreneurship that animates our teams, our Team Spirit and our commitment to Excellence, showing what’s possible when we learn from each other and raise the bar, together.
