Strengthening Collaboration Across VINCI Entities in Oceania

Last week, leaders from VINCI Construction entities across Australia and New Zealand came together in Auckland for their annual Club Pivot Oceania meeting, kindly hosted by HEB Construction.

This day-long workshop was an opportunity to:
✅ Gain a deeper understanding of each other’s capabilities;
✅ Share updates from subcommittees on Health & Safety, Legal & Commercial, and Business Development; and
✅ Explore areas of cooperation between our businesses.

The event concluded with a site visit to the City Rail Link Project – now in its testing phase, a landmark infrastructure project delivered by the Link Alliance, which includes VINCI companies VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Soletanche Bachy.

These sessions reinforce the strength of our network and our shared commitment to innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence across Oceania.
