Spiecapag's RAP Officially Endorsed and Published!

We’re pleased to announce that Spiecapag’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has now received full endorsement and is officially published on the Reconciliation Australia website.

As a company building pipelines that traverse diverse landscapes, we recognise the deep cultural significance of these lands and commit to working in ways that respect heritage, protect environments, and create meaningful opportunities for First Nations peoples. Through our Reconciliation Action Plan, we strive to foster relationships built on trust, celebrate culture, and contribute to positive social and economic outcomes wherever we operate.

This marks a significant step in our commitment to reconciliation and cultural inclusion.

Built on four pillars – Relationships, Respect, Opportunities and Governance, our RAP has already delivered results, and we look forward to implementing the remaining RAP deliverable over the coming months. Our RAP deliverables include:

  • Establishing a RAP Working Group with diverse representation, including First Nations leadership.
  • Delivering cultural awareness training for all managing and white-collar staff, embedded in our onboarding process.
  • Celebrating National Reconciliation Week and marking NAIDOC Week annually.
  • Building more partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses.
  • Promoting cultural protocols and visibility of First Nations cultures across our offices and worksites.
  • Increasing employment pathways and professional development for First Nations peoples.

We are proud of the progress made and are committed to continuous improvement.

Reconciliation is a shared journey. At Spiecapag, we are dedicated to learning, listening, and acting, ensuring our business contributes meaningfully to a more inclusive and equitable future.
